Our founder, Harry H. Caruso, established Caruso & Co. after successfully building Car Wash Advisory into the leading sell-side investment bank in the car wash industry. Over its first five years, Car Wash Advisory represented more than $1.2 billion in transaction value, setting the gold standard for industry-focused M&A advisory services.
Having witnessed the transformative impact that specialization brings to investment banking outcomes, Harry was inspired to go beyond car washes. Leveraging the insights, expertise, and lessons gained from Car Wash Advisory, he set out to assemble a team of top-tier professionals to create Caruso & Co.—a firm dedicated to providing unmatched advisory services across multiple industries while maintaining the same commitment to excellence and results.
